Our team started talking with the client about the Rainbow Awards initiative and brainstorming ideas for the leaflet's content and design. We studied the history, marketing, and company culture. We then developed a draft of the leaflet, which incorporated a range of bright and bold colors, eye-catching visuals, and creative content to inspire readers to get involved. The design included ‘Shifting Gears’ logo, which truly stood out and uplifted the leaflet.
